In the final year of my apprenticeship, I was given the opportunity to rethink our agency’s team portraits. As an alternative to traditional headshots, I developed expressive illustrations that capture each member’s personality in a playful way.

To ensure scalability, I worked with a strict vector grid and established clear rules for line weight, colour palette, and proportions. The result is a cohesive avatar set that can easily be expanded as new members join the team.
